Returns and Cancellation Policy
Risk in any product shall pass to the customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure goods against all risks from the time of delivery
Items returned because they are faulty or incorrect
If an item you have purchased online is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt and return the item in the condition that it was sent out. We will replace it or refund the cost of the item, plus the postage costs incurred, to your Credit/Debit card, provided the item has not been damaged or misused after purchase.
Items returned within the right to cancel period
You may cancel your purchase of goods within 7 days of receipt by notifying Alan Santry by email. You must then return the goods to Alan Santry at your expense. Note if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Alan Santry reserve the right not to accept their return. In this instance postage costs will not be refunded.
We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods, please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery and it is your responsibility to insure carriage.
Time limitation for notification of claims
Damage in transit - if the goods arrived in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers delivery note and it will be your responsibilty to inform us within 2 days if delivery.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
